The policy outlines the anti-corruption principles established in our Anti-Corruption Policy and defines our anti-corruption standards
Relieve has zero tolerance for any form of corruption, which goes against the company's values. The Anti-Corruption Policy applies to all employees at all levels. Violations are subject to severe sanctions.
Adhering to anti-corruption rules and regulations leads to a better business which includes trust and competitiveness. It also prevents reputation damage to Relieve and the costs related to the escalation of projects.
The premises of this Anti-Corruption Policy are:
- Identifying and clarifying the different types of corrupt practices and explaining what makes them illegal.
- Defining the Group's standards regarding activities such as promotional expenses and corporate sponsorship that could lead to or be interpreted as corrupt practices.
- Expressing our conviction that honesty nurtures competitiveness. By letting integrity guide our day-to-day actions – from research to marketing, from daily routine tasks to strategic development – we protect and ensure the long-term sustainability of the Group's growth. WHAT IS THE GENERAL PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW?
The General Law for the Protection of Personal Data, nº. 13,709/2018, provides for the rules for using personal data, its protection and privacy. Its purpose is to inform rules and principles that must be observed when personal data are used.
The LGPD also clearly brought their rights to personal data holders (natural persons), giving them greater control over their personal data.
WHAT ARE PERSONAL DATA?
All information related to an identified or identifiable natural person – article 5, I, of the LGPD. Identification can be direct or depending on the context that identification is possible.
WHAT IS PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA?
In our Privacy Policy and other documents related to the protection of personal data and privacy, the word “treatment” appears. This terminology was extracted from the LGPD itself, in art. 5th, when referring to all operations carried out with your personal data, such as: collection, production, reception, classification, use, access, reproduction, transmission, distribution, processing, archiving, storage, elimination, evaluation or control of information, modification , communication, transfer, diffusion or extraction.

WHAT ARE THE RIGHTS OF THE HOLDERS OF PERSONAL DATA?

HOW DO I CLAIM MY RIGHTS?
Relieve is concerned with complying with the LGPD, respecting the principle of transparency by making it clear what is done with your personal data. We are at your disposal through our Data Protection Officer/DPO, at [email protected], to provide clarification on any right that you understand has not been complied with or that you would like confirmation of its fulfilment.
COLLECTION AND USE OF INFORMATION
We only ask for personal information when we really need it to provide you with a service and we do so by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we are collecting it and how it will be used.
Data is collected when the user enters or voluntarily submits when accessing and interacting with the features available on this site, which includes: registration data to request contact with our team. When we collect this data, we protect it to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
